Details about the February 26th Debate between Barack Obama and Hilary Clinton at CSU are coming in…this from a PD Blog:
….”Network [NBC] and security officials will visit the CSU campus Wednesday, Johnston said. Though the Wolstein Center can hold 13,000 people, the network plans to seat less than 2,000, said Johnston. Tickets will be distributed largely through the campaigns and are not likely to be available to the public. More details will be announced later this week, Johnston said….”
I don’t know how you feel about it, but it seems counter productive, counter intuitive, to be having campaign workers (and I’m sure local politicians who are probably also Super Delegates, another story altogether…) but no students? And no ‘other’ voters, at least that is how it appears to me, based on the above post. It’s possible that plans will change, I hope so, but as of now, their plans bother me a lot.
If this bothers you too, you might want to contact the campaigns themselves – Hilary Clinton and Barack Obama. More to come, I am sure. Peace Out – 3C
