You could be right about their history just not sure where it&#039;s going!

I think my main point was, the Congress is looking to reinstate fed no down payment programs with this but yet implement some more stringent policies that go along with it. We will find out. And soon.</description>

The word I get on that Federal Nehemiah Program is that the investors will not buy the loans.  If it is the same program, it was created by certain American Indian Tribes.
