Crain’s Cleveland asks the question about The Silver Line and if it will be worth all the construction aggravation everyone has had to endure. Sam Bullard interviewed the ‘man on the street’ as it were. I was going to put the video here but instead putting a link because you get to add your two cents to the post if you watch it on Crain’s instead.
