Today I discovered a post she did on Lease Purchase, Rent to Own and Lease Option. Ever been confused by this? Mariana can explain it. While anytime we write a contract we can change words, add things in, this is a tremendous explanation of the different terms and options you have if you want to 1) rent then buy or 2) lease then sell.
