The Warehouse District is one of our Cleveland housing and economic success stories. There is a huge variety of housing styles (condos, town homes, apartments) to choose from. And a variety in price ranges as well.

Speaking of Constantino’s….it’s a testament to the fact that a grocery store was a long needed amenity for the Warehouse District. It’s expanding. And it’s a rather large expansion. So glad they are doing well (you might be surprised that purchasing food there gets you wonderful prepared, pantry or fresh food, yet the prices are good. As a matter of fact, what I bought today was less expensive than it was when I bought it at a chain grocer that shall be nameless but has the initials GE lol).
