The photos ‘got me’ before I even explored the Low Impact Woodland Homes website. I was thinking back to exploring the midlands in England back in the day. Lo and behold, this IS a United Kingdom site. The gentleman whose house is featured at the link I posted, built it in Wales, with help but for not much money. He said about $6k U.S. dollars (that’s an approximation on my part, but even if I’m off, it’s well below normal costs!) What I don’t know is, could it be built in an already existing city (couldn’t we knock down blocks of vacant homes and replace them with this?).
