A home buyer client from out of town asked me today about the community of Bay Village so it was easy to pick my next place to analyze. How have single family homes been selling in Bay Village over the last six months? Let’s find out. (Per usual, homes in stats were listed with area brokerages so the information is available to me).
There are currently 121 single family homes for sale in Bay Village. The average listing price for these 121 homes is $403,496. There are 25 homes under contract and waiting to transfer title in one form or another. The average listing price for the homes under contract most recently is $187,662.
In past six months, 63 single family homes sold. The lowest priced home to sell was a 3BR one bath on Forestview which sold for $51,000. The highest priced sale went to a home on Lake Road that sold for $925,000.
The average listing price for the 63 homes sold was $206,278 or $113 a square foot. The average sale price for these homes was $194,394 or $106/square foot. The homes were listed for sale for about 145 days on average before selling.
