But not the best scenario because they are reporting on WKYC that in precincts 5 and 10, they closed the polls and then wound up reopening, ,but how many of them (precinct voters turned away) knew to go back to the polls and try to vote again, and how many actually succeeded in doing this?
And why is this a regular ocurrence here?
