We don’t need no stinkin’ sports….I know my heart was beating faster through the episodes I watched last night on The Food Network as Clevelander and Lolita chef Michael Symon worked his way down the final stretch to become the Next Iron Chef. The other chef (John Besh) was certainly good but he was lacking the charisma and natural screen presence of our guy. Not sure I would ever want to eat a swordfish dessert but a bite of everything else would have been fun. The Plain Dealer article about it is here.
Better make your reservations early for Lola’s or Lolita’s…something tells me they will be burning up those kitchens starting now. Peace Out – 3C

But we did NOT have a lost weekend, we had a champion chef and if you ask me that is pretty darn amazing!
