The good news is, 446 homes sold in total in Lakewood in 2007. Too many for my stats finding, I can only do up to 250 at a time on the system. So I decided to give you sold homes sales results for Lakewood based on the following criteria: They had to have at least 1200 sq ft of living space, at least 3 brs and a one car garage.  You know the drill: these are homes listed with area brokers in 2007 and that’s why they show up on the list. 

First Up: December 2007 Home Sales Results for Lakewood Ohio

Six homes sold in December (remember above criterion)

The Average Ask Price was $11,433

The Average Sale Price was $109,067

The Average Price Per Sq Ft was $72

The average number of days these homes were on the market was 78.

The average amenities for these homes was better than my original criteria:

4 BRs, 1 1/2 baths and 1427 sq feet of living space.

2007 Homes Sold with above stated parameters in Lakewood:

69 Homes Sold

The average amenities were again higher than I asked for: 1547 square feet of living space, 3 BRs, 1 1/2 baths a one car garage.

The Average Ask Price for 2007 was $122,271

The Average Sale Price was $117,763

The average price per square foot was $77

These homes were on the market an average of 78 days.

 There are 65 three BR homes with at least a one car garage for sale in Lakewood currently.
