Mark Gillispie of the PD wrote about three people who got caught doing a mess of bad things to home buyers. Two were operating a title company and it was called Ace (a red flag would have gone up just on the name had I heard it). There was also a mortgage person working through a larger mortgage company…..you may or may not recall that in February of 2007 I had over 20 people call me in desperation, needing to sell. They had purchased for more (way more) than their homes were worth. This same mortgage company was involved in all but three of those callers. Peace Out – 3C
