I am not going to be able to get the pending and contingent sales info from our Tempo5 MLS system. The powers that be called me back and told me to program that into their system would be too taxing on it. I hear what they are saying, but it certainly makes it harder to track trends in the housing market! I'll see if I can ferret anything else out. Yes we do it in two steps; it really helps - and technically you can still show contigent ppties...although I tend not to do it unless someone is really crazy about a ppty then I might call and see if a back up offer can be placed.
