		<description>It&#039;s not a done deal, this not merging thing, Elaine. But CABOR keeps using words like &#039;not meeting needs of it&#039;s members&#039;.

The merger really is an advantage, especially with all the talk and the mindset that the more info you can give the public the better...which all makes sense...but apparently not to CABOR.</description>

		<description>So why did they decide to not merge? Cleveland seems so connected to the Akron/Canton area that I would think it would be a real advantage.

We don&#039;t have the problem here since we&#039;re surrounded with rural areas.</description>
