Cleveland Real Estate News

This move made me very happy, and even more convinced about the commitment my company has made to the City of Cleveland. I’m continually impressed with their long-standing commitment to Pittsburgh, where they started out many years ago. It’s never been about lip service with them, even working on HOPE VI and other housing efforts to bolster that city’s economy.

We moved to our Cleveland office a few years back. My current listing partner, Mark, used to be my manager in Lakewood. And he had been after Smythe Cramer to open a Cleveland office for ages. It finally happened, when we became affiliated with Howard Hanna.

It was an easy move for me, from Lakewood to Cleveland.  In fact, I had already moved my residence from Lakewood to Cleveland. Nothing against Lakewood, it’s a fabulous place to live. But I wanted to live where I could vote the issues involving the City of Cleveland. 

I’m ecstatic that our Headquarters will be downtown.  Cleveland truly is a great place to be.  Sssshhh, don’t tell too many people or we may stop being one of those best kept secrets.
