Once we got over the awful weather, we've really picked up. Buyers seem to be coming out of the woodwork. I suspect there's quite a bit of pent up demand. The local media is painting a truer picture as well. Maybe the press release our Board put out worked. I'm getting more showings on my listings than I've had for a LONG time!
