One of my friends is Ann Cummings, a Realtor® in New Hampshire. She wrote an excellent post on homeowner tax benefits. Yes, they carry over (mortgage interest deductions) but if this is the year (2007) you purchased, she does a good job explaining some of the deductions you might be able to take. As usual, I suggest you check with your tax preparer (even if it’s the Turbo Tax booklet lol). Thanks Ann! Peace Out – 3C

Thanks for including my link, and I hope my post helps some people who read your blog. I think a lot of homeowners often overlook some deductions they’re entitled to take. Better to keep our money than mistakenly give it away!!
