If not the best debate ever! I have to say, since watching West Wing and lamenting that real debates do not exist I have to watch the perfect debate on issues of substance on TV………..
Now we have the best debate certainly since I became an adult and started watching debates. Cleveland, CSU, Tim Russert and the staff that put together the questions deserve the biggest hats off I can muster. This wil be a debate others are measured against!

I thought it was a good debate, although I thought Russert got a little too emotional (attack mode) and didn’t maintain a neutrality position that a media person should.
Can’t wait till next Tues to see the results.

Elaine: I thought he was doing it to keep it on issues and not allow the usual crap; course i can’t really speak for him! I wish there had been questions about urban economics and foreclosures but oh well. Yes, next Tues is D day!
