I’m coming up for air here, I don’t think I have been this busy since I became a Realtor®. But I did want to continue my housing sales analysis and the 44119 zip code area, which includes areas along Lakeshore Blvd. in the City of Cleveland, is the focus for this morning. These are homes/condos listed with area brokerages so they show up on our computer listing service (MLS).

Zip Code 44119 Home Sale Stats Since January 2008

64 homes are currently for sale.This includes a $15,000 bank owned home on E. 177th as the least expensive listing currently. The two highest asking prices on listings here are one condo on Wildwood with 2BRs, 2 1/2 baths for $199,900 and a single family home on Maplecliff for $198,000.

There are two homes listed as contingent or awaiting mortgages to go through and inspections to be completed. There are 8 homes pending sale or waiting for the closings to happen and titles to transfer. That means there are a total of 10 homes under contract in zip code 44119.

16 homes have sold since January 1st. Three of these sold since April 1st. This includes a $5,000 1400 sq foot home on Canterbury and a $14,500 sale for a 2br, 1 1/2 bath home on Kewanee. The top of the sales spectrum included a $148,000 home with 3brs, 1 1/2 baths, a one car garage on Schenely. The average sale price for homes in this zip code was $51,366. That came to $43 a square foot. The homes were on the market for an average of 77 days.
