Cleveland Home Sales For January 2008: The West Side

When I do stats this time as ‘home sales,’ that will mean both condo and attached town homes and single family homes. You know the drill: these stats reflect homes sold by area brokerages which means they show up on our listing service on line.  I’m dividing these West Side stats up by Zip Code.

 18 home sales. Sales were between $3,200 and $37,000 (highest priced sale). The average sale price was $12,107. The average amenities for these 18 homes was 3 BRs, 1 BA and a two car garage. The average square footage on these homes was 1,327.

4 condo sales and 1 single family home sale. Sales ran between $135,000 and $542,205. The average sale price was $327,685.  The average amenities for these homes was 2BRs, 2BA and a one car garage.

21 home sales. The sale spectrum was between $3,000 and $89,900. The average sale price was $65,000. ***You had to get to the 16th sale to find a sale price over 50k, and that was $65,000.  Average amenities were 3BRs, 1BA and a two car garage. The average living space was 1,389 sq. ft.

17 home sales. The sale spectrum was between $15,500 and $187,000. The average sale price was $63,162. The average amenities were 3BRs, 1BA and a two car garage. Average size of the homes was 1,237 sq ft.

10 home sales. The sale spectrum was between $7,000 and $207,000. The average sale price was $61,965. The average amenities were 3BRs, 1BA and a two car garage. The living space size, on average, was 1,042 sq ft.
