Cleveland City Council will be dealing with CDBG’s (Community Development Block Grants) this Wednesday at City Hall… interested in what’s going to happen with vacant land taken over by the City? What part will your neighborhood CDC’s play in 1) home upkeep assistance and 2) vacant lands 3) community gardens, etc.? This is your chance to see how City Council discusses/tackles (or doesn’t) the issues.
Both days (Tuesday 2/3 and Wednesday 2/4) the meetings are held at City Hall in The Council’s Committee room 217
agenda info can be read here on Cleve City Council website

I doubt my CDC will have much of a role in those changes. It’s a pretty dysfunctional organization.

That must be truly aggravating George, especially since the current system has monies being distributed by the CDC’s.

I imagine people would be aggravated. I realize they’re not going to do much, so I’m looking for ways to work around them.

George, anyone who knows you would not be surprised to hear you are working on ways to make the situation better. Looking forward to hearing more as you do this.

To discover whether your team is dysfunctional, look at the team as well as the leadership performance. As stated by Med Yones, a leadership advisor, the leadership team is the most important asset of the company and can be its worst liability. A failed business is the result of poor performance and poor performance is the result of an incompetent or dysfunctional leadership team. For more facts read the following article

Judy, I really like the information in the link you provided. And sometimes it just gets frustrating that city departments seem to fall into this category on some issues. Thanks.
