Are you a serious fan of The Christmas Story? If so there are a lot of you. And if so, heads up, because there will be a convention with fellow fans beginning on November 23rd. W. 11th in Tremont will be THE place to be. According to The Pittsburgh Gazette no less (maybe I should start reading that instead of the Pee Dee), The Renaissance Hotel has already sold about 150 packages for the weekend event.

Are you going? I bet that would be fun to do..I’ve watched that movie many many times! Love it.

Cute! At least they aren’t getting a jump start on Christmas by starting before Thanksgiving!
I think I’ve only seen the movie once a few years ago. Will have to watch it again this year.

Moni, I stopped by last year the first weekend the museum/house was open; it was amazing, the museum is in a tiny house and people from all over the World in the place – maybe 150 people and really only room for oh, 30? lolol
Leanne, I saw the movie once, in the theatre, when it first came out. So last year was an eye opener, the cult aspect of it. And I agree about TG first, I think I was in a store before Halloween and it had xmas decorations. Geesh!
