The Ohio Dept. of Transportation has set up a website just for 3C Corridor, passenger rail issues. It’s 3C and Me. It can help keep you informed of status of the Corridor development, upcoming meetings, issues.
An additional good feature: you can comment on the site. In fact, comments are encouraged. Especially as it would relate to your future passenger rail needs.
There are many times I would love to be able to hop on a train and go to Columbus to sit in on legislative meetings. What would passenger rail in our Corridor do for you? Let them know! Or comment on anything else related to it. This is one of those times when the Internet turns out to promote transparency and keep us all informed so kudos to ODOT.

Thanks for pointing out this site for us Carole – I left my comment there! I’m sure those of us who have kids in Ohio universities or who choose to vacation in Ohio regularly will also have a deep appreciation for this new rail service. Getting the kids to and from school will be so much easier with this rail. As far as vacationers go, well I hate to sound like a tourism ad, but there really is so much to discover in Ohio. This service can help more Ohioans and others to discover all the great towns/communities across the state. That’s good news for communities suffering through this economy.
