In any event, here are housing sale stats for Berea Ohio, both for April specifically and since January 2008 in general. These stats cover single family and condominium and cluster homes.

There are 134 homes on the market in Berea as of today. They range from a one bedroom, one bath condo for $49,900 to a $399,000 3,384 sq. ft. home built in 1990 with 5BRs, 2 1/2 baths. The Average Listing Price for these 134 homes is $147,1655 or $97 a sq. foot.

There are seven homes listed as contingent, or awaiting inspections and loans to clear.

There are 22 homes pending sale or waiting for title transfer.That means there are currently 29 homes under contract in Berea.

Since January of 2008 there have been 55 closed sales in Bereaand 18 of them closed in April. They ranged from a $29,900 efficiency condo on Rocky River Drive to a 2,504 sq ft single family home on Loriann that sold for $191,500.

The Average Sale Price of these 55 homes was $111,388. That came to about $79/square foot. The amenities for these  homes averaged 1,453 sq. ft. of living space and 3BRs, one bath and a two car garage. They were on the market an average of 120 days.
